Description
The Balcrank Evolution 30' x 1/2" Medium-Pressure Oil Hose Reel (2140-013) is built for lubricant dispense — motor oil, ATF, gear oil, and hydraulic fluid — in shops that want Evolution’s narrow dual ball-bearing frame instead of a bulkier Classic or Premium reel. Thirty feet of 1/2" oil hose covers most single-bay and mid-size stalls without extra hose dragging the floor.
Current Balcrank rating is oil medium pressure 2,750 PSI (190 bar). Inlet and outlet are 1/2" NPT(F) swivels; hose outlet is 1/2" NPT(M). Wetted parts are plated steel and Buna-N. The kit includes hose, hose stop, and a 2.5' connecting hose. Replacement dispense hose is 8241-030.
Steel pedestal and arm, fully ported pressure-balanced swivel, dual ball-bearing spool, rectangular roller outlet, multi-position arm, and eight-position latch give clean pulls and a controlled rewind. Easy on-site spring tension and service access keep the reel working in dealerships, quick lubes, and fleet shops that already run Balcrank pumps and meters.
