  • Title to products passes to you upon full payment and acceptance of delivery (FOB our facility unless otherwise agreed).
4. PaymentWe accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the selected payment method. All charges are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy (Section 6).5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping times and costs are estimates only.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (unless we arrange special terms).
  • You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns, Refunds & CancellationsPlease refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy posted on the Website for current terms. Most returns are subject to:
  • A restocking fee (typically 15–25% depending on item)
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Certain items (special order, custom, opened seal kits, electrical components, etc.) are non-returnable
We do not accept returns on hydraulic seal kits, opened fluid products, or special-order items unless they are defective.7. Manufacturer Warranties & DisclaimersMost products are sold with the original manufacturer's warranty only. We pass through manufacturer warranties where applicable but do not provide our own product warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR REQUIRED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS".SOTEX TOOLS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.8. Repair & Service WorkWhen you engage us for hydraulic/pneumatic repair, seal kit installation, or other services:
  • You grant us permission to inspect, test, and repair the equipment.
  • Additional charges may apply for diagnosis, parts not originally quoted, or work beyond the initial scope.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed.
  • Turnaround times are estimates only.
9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, SoTex Tools, its owners, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising from or related to the Website, products, services, or these Terms — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in those cases, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.10.
