If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day.
- Custom, special-order, or large equipment items may take longer to process — we’ll notify you if expected delays apply.

- Expedited options (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
- Additional charges apply for liftgate service, residential delivery, or remote areas when required by the carrier.
- Continental U.S. ground shipping: 3–7 business days (estimates only; not guaranteed).
- Expedited shipping: Delivery windows shown at checkout.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs (international), or other events beyond our control.

- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
- Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or reshipment costs — double-check your shipping information at checkout.

- Items must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong product.
- A restocking fee of 15–25% applies to most returned items (determined by product category and condition).
- Non-returnable / Non-refundable items include:
- Opened hydraulic or pneumatic seal kits
- Opened fluids, chemicals, or lubricants
- Special-order or custom-manufactured items
- Electrical components once opened/installed
- Used or installed tools/equipment
- Clearance / final sale items (marked as such)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@sotextools.com or (830) 433-7267.
- Provide photos of the issue and your order number.
- We will arrange a return label (at our expense) or issue instructions for replacement/repair.
- Email us at info@sotextools.com sales@sotextools.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent).
- Ship to the address provided in your RMA email (usually our New Braunfels location).
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5–7 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (minus restocking/shipping fees if applicable). Refunds usually appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
- Orders may be canceled before they ship — contact us immediately.
- Once processed and shipped, cancellations are treated as returns (subject to the above terms).
Repair Services
Returns for repair work follow a separate process. Contact us for an estimate or RMA. Turnaround times vary; we provide updates as work progresses. Diagnostic fees may apply if no repair is authorized. Questions?
