Description
The Balcrank 1110-012 LYNX 5:1 HD Stub Pump is an air-operated, double-acting piston pump designed for medium-volume dispensing of lubricating oils and gear oils in piped systems, hose-reel systems, and roll-around packages. The pump is a bare carbon-steel stub configuration and ships with a bung adapter and a factory-supplied pressure relief valve.
Balcrank positions the LYNX 5:1 HD for quick lubes, small to medium tank packages, low- to medium-volume maintenance shops, small car dealerships, and roll-around gear-oil packages. For small to medium shops feeding overhead hose reels, Balcrank lists a maximum overall system flow rate of 5 GPM.
Balcrank rates the 1110-012 for free-flow delivery of 24 GPM when tested with SAE 10W30 oil at 68°F and 150 PSI air pressure. The 5:1 ratio and 3-inch air motor are intended for oils and gear oils up to SAE 90. This is the stub-length LYNX 5:1 HD pump, not a drum-length pump.
